Ordered goods (except for pre-order) will be shipped within 24 hours.
We ship daily from Monday to Friday during warehouse opening hours from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Orders placed before 8:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day (working days only).

After sending, the order is taken over by the courier service and the further route can be tracked on the local post office website.

If the delivery delay is more than 72 hours (working days), please contact us - we will initiate the appropriate complaint steps for you.

Personal collection is possible after payment of the goods. Please confirm receipt in advance by email.

HOW TO ORDER:

The goods ordered via the online shop gym4shop.com are delivered as follows:

We send small parcels via Poczta Polska - abroad they are taken care of by the local postal company.
We ship large shipments on pallets.
All shipments are insured.
Large packages are delivered to the recipient's building. The price does not include taking things into the premises.
Personal collection is possible by prior arrangement on the warehouse opening days.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER IN THE GYM4SHOP.COM ONLINE STORE:

Register by providing the following in the registration form: username, first name, last name, address, delivery address, email address, telephone number. If the order is placed for a company – company details – name, address, tax identification number.
Add the selected product to the shopping cart by selecting its quantity ( IMPORTANT! If you would like to combine the mats with mats you have already purchased, please contact us BEFORE PURCHASE).
In the language selection menu above you can change the delivery country - then the estimated amount for shipping to a specific country will be displayed in the shopping cart.
In the next step, you have the option to continue shopping by clicking “Continue Shopping” or to complete the order by clicking “Continue”. ,
Then select the delivery method and payment method for the order.
You can pay for your order by bank transfer at selected banks (the list of banks is displayed on the payment page). After selecting the payment method, click “Continue”.
The next step is to check the data matches and add any comments for the store or courier.
If all data is correct, please read and accept the general terms and conditions, read the cancellation policy and then click on “Order with obligation to pay”.
After clicking on the “Order with payment” option, the information appears that the order has been accepted. A window will also appear with the option to make a payment. After you click “Make Payment,” you will be redirected to the bank’s website where you can complete your purchases.

STORAGE:

We have the goods offered for auction “physically” in our warehouse in Krakow (does not apply to pre-order mats).

SHIPMENT:

Orders placed by 8:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day (working days only)
We ship mats in packages: 4 cm to 30 pieces; 2cm to 60 pieces.
We ship mats on pallets: 4 cm from 31 pieces, 2 cm from 61 pieces.
We send parcels via Poczta Polska, abroad they are taken over by the local postal company.
We send pallets by courier.
We will ship the goods to the address specified in the form.
All shipments are insured.
The goods will be dispatched after the money has been credited to the account.

DELIVERY:

We deliver the goods via courier companies directly to the recipient's office.
The delivery time depends on the carrier and is approximately 7 working days.
Orders may experience longer delivery times during the holidays.

PACKAGING:

Packages with mats are protected with protective cardboard and a back + each mat is protected on four sides with protective edges.

VAT:

For each order, we issue a corporate VAT invoice or a personal invoice according to the data contained in the form.
Invoices are automatically sent by email from the accounting program.
The buyer can purchase the goods at net prices - in this case, please contact us by email before placing the order.

SHIPMENT STATUS:

To determine the status of your shipment, please check your tracking number on the local carrier's website.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All products are new and subject to warranty.
You must specify the parameters of the item to be shipped, i.e. color, size, etc. - if these are determined from the auction. If no information is provided, the item will be sent randomly.
The mats are machine-made goods - the shop reserves the right to make changes to the color, the joints and the external structure for later deliveries. Purchasing a specific mat does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase the same mat later.
If you would like to combine the mats with mats you have already purchased, please contact us BEFORE PURCHASE. (You can find information about this in the auction description)
Products may be marked with a logo, trademark, manufacturer's mark or other inscriptions/graphics that are not visible in the photos.
We reserve the right to use photos and videos to present the products purchased from us for promotional purposes - published on publicly accessible social networking pages and websites with clear identification of the author/owner.
We reserve the right to check the accuracy of the customer's data before shipping the goods (by telephone or email) and/or to cancel the order without giving reasons.
